Mission
Raising voices for an emancipation of Kulung Community from all kinds of exploitation, exclusion, discrimination and destruction of social structure in the country.
Goal
Our goal is to be officially recognized as an indigenous peoples by the government at all level to exercise the right to represent in decision making process of the State operation.
Objectives
To encourage the deprived and discriminated Kulungs and similar other communities to raise their voice for their emancipation.

We are a not-for-profit making and income tax exempted community organization.
Nepal Kirat Kulung Bhasa Sanskriti Utthan Sangh (Kirat Kulu Guskham) is a non-profit making, non-governmental and indigenous community organization. It has own statute prepared by the National General Convention and approved by the government. Based on the Statute it has bylaws approved by its Central Executive Committee to regulate the organization as per the need. It is registered in concerned government organizations to achieve its goals.
Registration Certificate
Nepal Kirat Kulung Bhasa Sanskriti Utthan Sangh (Kirat Kulu Guskham) is legally registered in the District Administration Office (DAO), Inaruwa, Sunsari, Koshi Province, Nepal. It was registered on 18 Dec. 1996 with the registration number 419/384 as per the Clause-4 of the Institution Registration Act-2034 (1977), which has latest been amended in 2077 (2016).
This registration certificate has to be renewed annualy. Not it has been renewed till 15 July 2025.
Personal Account No.(PAN)
Nepal Kirat Kulung Bhasa Sanskriti Utthan Sangh (Kirat Kulu Guskham) has officially received a Permanent Account Number (PAN) on 2008 from the Inland Revenue Department, Dharan, Sunsari, Koshi Province, Nepal. . It’s PAN number is 302573592.
This Permanent Account Number is the key for monitoring income tax payment activities of every institution or organization be it profit motive business organization or not-for-profit making.
Tax Exemption Certificate
Nepal Kirat Kulung Bhasa Sanskriti Utthan Sangh (Kirat Kulu Guskham) has also received an Income Tax Exemption Certificate on 19 October, 2022 from the Inland Revenue Department, Dharan, Sunsari, Koshi Province, Nepal. .
This kind of Exemption Certificate is provided to the not-for-profit making community organization by the government of Nepal. Because whatever the saving raised for the collective activities will either be used for those who are really in need.
SWC Affiliation Certificate
Nepal Kirat Kulung Bhasa Sanskriti Utthan Sangh (Kirat Kulu Guskham) has also affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) of Nepal pursuant to Section-13 of the Social Welfare Act-1992 with the affiliation no. 20773 on Nov. 6, 2006. SWC performs the role of monitoring and evaluation on behalf of the government in the implementation of development projects to increase the dignity and reputation of social service organizations. Mostly international development agencies are linked in it.
