ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Nepal Kirat Kulung Bhasa Sanskriti Utthan Sangh has mainly 4 layers of committee. First federal level, second province level, third district level and the fourth municipality Level. Despite of that Municipality level committee is granted to form Ward level committee as well as per the need.
It has a both way communication approach. Municipality level to District, District to Province/Federal and similarly policy based communication is practiced from federal to province/district and municipality level. However, local level committees have an autonomy for implementing their need based activities.
Representative in the governing body is an inclusive approach. Every executive member of municipality level committees are elected by general members. Municipality level committees nominate their representative to participate in the District General Assembly and the general assembly elects district executive members. Representatives nominated by Municipality level and District Coordination Committee take part for electing the representative of provincial executive committee. Likewise the representatives nominated by Municipality level, District Level and Province level committee with other distinct personality nominated as per the statute are eligible for electing the Federal/Central level executive Committee.
There are thematic departments to expedite the work of Central Executive Committee. They are Finance Department, Foreign Affairs Department, Language and Literature Department, Culture and Tradition Department, Commerce and Industry Department, Organizational Department, Publicity and Mass Media Department, Students and Youth Department.
It has its wing organization like Kulung Mimchha Guskham (Kulung Women Organization), Kulung Film Association(KFA), Kulung Personnel Association, Mahakulung Cultural Association, Kulung Teacher Association, Kulung Priest Association, Kulung Students Union, Kulung Youth Association, It has district committees in twelve districts. They are Ilam, Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, Udaypur, Dhankuta, Terhathum, Sankhuwasabha, Solukhumbu, Bhojpur, Kaski and Kathmandu.
There are more than 300 executive members involved in the committees as leaders for uplifting the community members. The committee is run by the executive he local, province and center.
There is annual general meeting for approving annual work-plan and forecasting annual expenditures. Every fiscal year an external audit will be conducted and approved by the annual general assembly. The executive members will be elected by a national convention in each four year.
